CONIFA Women World Football Cup 2024
We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the inaugural Global Tamil Eelam Women’s Trials & Selections, held across various countries including England, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Canada, Norway, and Germany. This monumental event marks a significant milestone in the journey of the Tamil Eelam National Women’s Football Team, as we gear up to participate in our first international competition at the CONIFA Women’s World Cup in Bodo, Norway from June 3rd, 2024 to June 9th, 2024.
The tournament will bring in our three best teams from Asia and Europe.
Tamil Eelam, Székely Land and the host FA Sapmi, will all play agaist eachother in a double header, league format.
1st and 2nd placed team will go through to the final
All matches will be livestreamed for free, with full graphics and english commentators on CONIFATV
In collaboration with the Australian based company, DRIBL, CONIFA MATCHCENTER, is filled with statistics and details about the tournament.
