அறிக்கை: தமிழீழ உதைபந்தாட்ட சம்மேளனத்தின் வெளிவிவகாரம் தொடர்பானது

தமிழீழ உதைபந்தாட்ட சம்மேளனம் தனது உறுப்பினர்களுக்கான வெளிப்புற ஒழுங்கு விதிகளை இறுக்கமாக நடைமுறைப்படுத்துவதில் உறுதியாக இருக்கின்றது என்பதை தெரியப்படுத்த விரும்புகின்றோம். சம்மேளனத்தில் அங்கத்துவம் வகிக்கும் வீரர்கள் மற்றும் பணியாளர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் இது குறித்த விதிமுறைகள் ஏற்கனவே தெரியப்படுத்தப்பட்டிருக்கிறன என்பதை நினைவுறுத்த விரும்புகின்றோம்.
சம்மேளனத்தின் கொள்கைகள் மற்றும் நலன்களுக்கு எதிரான எந்தவொரு சம்மேளனங்கள் மற்றும் அமைப்புகளுடன் அவர்கள் தொடர்புகளை வைத்திருப்பது எமது சம்மேளனதின் ஒழுங்கு விதிகளை மீறுவதாகவே கருதப்படும். இந்த அடிப்படையில் ஸ்ரீலங்கா தேசிய உதைபந்தாட்ட அணியுடன் தொடர்புகளைப் பேணும் எந்தவொரு வீரரும் இனிமேல் தமிழீழ தேசிய உதைபந்தாட்ட அணியில் இடம்பெற தகுதியற்றவர்களாகவே கருதப்படுவார்கள்.
தமிழீழ மக்களின் அடையாளங்களையும், வரலாற்றையும், விடுதலைப் போராட்டத்தையும் பாதுகாப்பதற்கு இத்தகைய ஒழுங்கு விதிகள் அவசியம் என்பதே எமது நம்பிக்கை ஆகும். தமிழீழ உதைபந்தாட்ட சம்மேளனம் எமது மக்களின் பங்களிப்புடனேயே கட்டமைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கின்றது. எமது மக்களின் கொள்கைகளை நிலை நிறுத்துவதில் நாம் உறுதியுடன் இருக்கின்றோம். சம்மேளனத்தின் நேர்மையை சமரசம் செய்யவோ, வெளிச்சக்திகள் எமது சம்மேளனத்தைக் குறைத்து மதிப்பிடவோ நாம் ஒருபோதும் இடமளிக்கப்போவதில்லை.
2009 முள்ளிவாய்க்கால் இனப்படுகொலைக்குப்பின்னர், ஸ்ரீலங்கா அரசு, தமிழ் மக்கள் மீதான இன அழிப்பை மூடி மறைப்பதற்காக விளையாட்டுத்துறையை, குறிப்பாக உதைபந்தாட்டம் உள்ளிட்டவற்றையும், தந்திரோபாயமாக பயன்படுத்தி வருகின்றது. அந்த வகையில் புலம்பெயர் தமிழ் வீரர்களை ஸ்ரீலங்காவின் தேசிய உதைபந்தாட்ட அணியில் இணைப்பதன் மூலம், இலங்கைக்குள் இன ஒற்றுமை இருக்கின்றது என்ற தவறான விம்பத்தை சித்தரிப்பதற்கு முயல்கின்றது. அதே வேளையில், இலங்கையின் வடக்கு கிழக்கில் உள்ள திறமையான வீரர்கள் ஸ்ரீலங்கா அரசால் தொடர்ந்தும் புறக்கணிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. ஸ்ரீலங்கா அரசிடம் ஆழமாக வேரூன்றிப் போயுள்ள இனப்பாகுபாட்டையே இது காட்டி நிற்கிறது.
தமிழீழ விடுதலைப்போராட்டத்தில் எமது அற்பணிப்பை என்றுமே வலியுறுத்த விரும்புகிறோம். எமது ஒற்றுமையையும், உறுதியையும் விளையாட்டின் மூலமும் வெளிப்படுத்தலாம் என்று திடமாக நம்புகிறோம். ஈழத்தமிழ் உதைபந்தாட்ட வீரர்களுக்கு ஒரு வலுவான தளத்தை ஏற்படுத்தவும் அவர்களின் தொழில்முறை வாய்ப்புக்களை மேம்படுத்தி அனைத்துலக உதைபந்தாட்ட அரங்கில் எமது வீரர்கள் பிரகாசிப்பதற்கும் தமிழீழ உதைபந்தாட்ட சம்மேளனம் உறுதியுடன் செயற்பட்டுக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது அத்துடன் எமது இனத்திற்கான அங்கீகாரம், நீதி, சமஉரிமை போன்றவற்றிற்காகவும் குரல் கொடுத்து வருகிறோம். இந்த நேரத்தில் எத்தகைய சவால்களையும் எதிர்கொள்ளத் தயாராக இருக்கும் எமக்கு உங்களின் ஆதரவை தொடர்ந்து வழங்க வேண்டுமென்று கேட்டு நிற்கிறோம்.

The Tamil Eelam Football Association stands resolute in its commitment to regulations governing external affiliations that may conflict with the association’s core principles.
We want to reiterate that all players, staff, and members of the board of directors have been duly informed of the regulations on such matters. Any official associations or affiliations with external entities that may contradict the interests of the Tamil Eelam Football Association will be considered as compromising their roles and status within our organization.
In order to preserve our people’s identity, history, and the enduring struggle of Eelam Tamils, it is our belief that any player who officially joins entities such as the Sri Lankan National Football Team will no longer be eligible to represent the Tamil Eelam National Football Team.
The Tamil Eelam Football Association is built upon the values of our people, and we remain unwavering in our commitment to uphold these principles. We refuse to compromise the integrity of our association, nor will we allow external influences to undermine our cause.
Since the Mullivaikkal genocide in 2009, this oppressive state government of Sri Lanka has endeavored to hide its deeds through diverse tactics, including within sports, particularly football. The inclusion of diaspora Tamil athletes in the Sri Lankan National Football Team is a deliberate attempt to portray a false sense of unity within Sri Lanka. However, this action masks the harsh reality of entrenched racial bias, as talented players and sports academies in the North and Eastern regions continue to face discrimination and neglect by the state.
We want to emphasize our dedication to the Tamil Eelam cause. Our commitment to providing a platform for talented Eelam Tamil athletes remains firm; utilizing the sport to showcase the resilience and solidarity of our community. Additionally, we have undertaken a new aspect of our mission: promoting professional opportunities for our players and guiding them towards career success, ensuring that Eelam Tamil talent shines on the global football stage. Your continued support is essential as we navigate these challenges, while also advocating for recognition, justice, and equality.
